I herd somewhere that milk in your green tea actually reduces the health benefits. Is that true? And what about adding sugar and cinnamon? Is that ok?
Since I herd the milk thing, I’ve only put 3 teaspoons of sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon in it, is that fine?

If green tea is the same leaf as black tea and the only difference is that black tea leaves are toasted, how can there by any significant difference in nutritional content?

Green tea has more antioxidants and less caffiene than black tea.
