I’ve got one from Davids Tea called “Secret Weapon”
“Kick-start your immune system. This blend might give the edge you need to stay healthy. It’s a white Bai Mu Dan, so it’s naturally high in immunity-enhancing antioxidants. Plus it contains licorice and goji berries, a Chinese wonderfood reputed to have 500 times more vitamin C than oranges. The best part? The almonds and cocoa nibs. They don’t fight colds, but they make this an amazingly tasty weapon of choice”

Is it ok to drink a cup of hot green tea before bed?
Question by ???Curious Alice???: Is it ok to drink a cup of hot green tea before bed?
I got some Lipton’s naturally decaffeinated green tea and I drank a cup before bed last night (without sugar) and I think it helped me sleep (I have also been taking melatonin for a few days now too). I also have lemon ginsing and orange passionfruit jasmine (but not decaffeinated). Are there good too, or would 1 cup contain too much caffeine for bedtime? I was looking for something called ‘Sleepytime tea’ the other day because one of my friends told me about it, but I couldn’t find it.

Q&A: I drink between 1 to 4 liters of white or green tea per day, are there any known adverse health effects?
Question by Ian: I drink between 1 to 4 liters of white or green tea per day, are there any known adverse health effects?
I know white and green tea have very little or no caffeine, and I do not use any sweetener, but I am not sure if there can be other problems associated with such high consumption. I usaully drink an equal or greater amount of water as well. I am not deliberatly drinking so much tea for any health reason I just love the taste, but I dont want to cause any health problems.
