Question by Stacys Mom: Does milk in green tea really cancel out the good benefits of green tea? How about sugar?
I herd somewhere that milk in your green tea actually reduces the health benefits. Is that true? And what about adding sugar and cinnamon? Is that ok?

Since I herd the milk thing, I’ve only put 3 teaspoons of sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon in it, is that fine?
